When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days.

For products such as bed bases, headboards, and bed frames that are produced upon order, the shipping and installation process may take approximately 30-35 business days. Delivery and installation of the products are provided free of charge by Kelebek. Which cargo company do you work with?

Currently, we are working with Yurt İçi Kargo and Horoz Lojistik companies on our website. Depending on the characteristics of the products you ordered and the delivery address, deliveries are also made with our own logistics vehicles.

Will my orders for base, headboard, and bed frame be shipped?

Products such as base, headboard, and bed frame require assembly due to their specifications. As Kelebek, we provide Free Installation Service to many cities and districts in Turkey. Our teams contact you before delivery and assembly through your phone number.

Do you send all the products in my order with the same shipping company?

Due to the nature of the products in your order, they may be shipped at different dates with different shipping methods. While bulky items are shipped with logistics companies, colorful and white textile products are shipped with courier companies. Therefore, the products in the same order may be delivered to you at different dates with different shipping methods.

Is Free Installation Service Valid for All Products?

Free installation service is only valid for product groups that require installation. Textile and decor products are shipped by cargo. Depending on the cargo campaigns, the shipping fee to be paid at the payment page is communicated to the customer.
