Karim Rashid, born in Egypt and raised in Canada, is one of the most famous, productive, and award-winning designers of his generation, based in New York. Realizing pioneering designs that make a difference in more than 40 countries with over 3000 unique works in a wide range of fields from furniture to packaging design.
He is the recipient of many international awards such as Red Dot Award, Chicago Athenaeum Good Design Award, I. D. Magazine Annual Design Review, IDSA Industrial Design Excellence Award for his original designs.
